APOLLO 8 - A HISTORY OF QUALITY SERVICE
Jim and Nancy Gallos started Apollo 8 Maintenance Services Ltd.
in 1972 and have given their clients first class cleaning and maintenance
service ever since. Currently, Apollo 8 is responsible for the cleaning
and maintenance of over 20 million square feet of commercial and
office space throughout Metropolitan Toronto.
Many original clients are still under contract because Apollo 8
consistently provides them with quality service at a competitive
price. The key to keeping customers satisfied is personalized service.
Each of our cleaning locations has a full time foreperson and lead
hand who oversee all work being done. In addition, nightly inspections
are made by off-site Supervisory Staff to ensure that operations
are running smoothly and that all cleaning is being performed to
a high standard. Senior Staff and Supervisors are equipped with cellular
telephones and digital pagers so that they can always be contacted,
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Apollo 8 Maintenance Services Limited has been providing janitorial services for over 800,000 square feet of office space at all of our Markham Properties for the past three years. They also service two of our Yonge Street locations. Their service has proven to be well supervised and their response to deficiencies is prompt and well rectified.
