MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
At Apollo 8 Hotel and Hospitality Services, we manage the services we provide with your
satisfaction in mind. Our centralized management system oversees all client accounts, and we
provide on-site and off-site supervisors to ensure proper contract performance. In addition to the
service personnel who handle the daily needs of your property, our management and supervisory
teams work together to ensure that all requests have been successfully fulfilled.
We provide our clients with the best, most responsive service in the market today. Our system of
checks and balances encourages open communication and excellent results:
• Daily on-site supervisor/lead person - in addition to daily cleaning duties inspects the site at the
end of the shift to ensure proper contract performance.
• Off-site supervisor - works with overnight crews and conducts systematic management
evaluation of the property to ensure quality control.
• Account Manager - conducts quality inspections with off-site manager and hotel personnel to
ensure that all requests have been fulfilled; assists with requests for additional services, temporary
labor requests, ancillary requests, and addresses and follows-through with issues pertaining to the
overall quality of service.

FLEXING
Over the years, we have come to understand our client's needs with regard to "flexing ". When
a property is in a peak revenue period, their needs for our services increase. We are equipped to
handle more temporary labor service, more steward services and a tremendous amount of carpet
and resilient floor care services. At peak times, revenue and profitability soar, in down time, just
the opposite can happen. We have come to expect not only less ancillary and temporary service
requests, but often pare back our daily and weekly services to assist our client in reaching
budgetary goals.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OUTLETS
Apollo 8 Hotel and Hospitality Services provides cleaning services for Restaurants, lounges, and
nightclubs located within the property. We have the expertise to tailor a package of services
to maintain the flooring, carpet care, bar floors and mats, dance floors, lavatories, and service
stations. Our packages can also include dusting needs including artifact, banquets, chair tables and
bases, etc. located within your property. We will also maintain all bright work necessary, including
any interior glass.
We recognize the importance of cleanliness in these areas and will follow up regularly to ensure
the highest of standards and quality.

Apollo 8 Hotel and Hospitality Services is acutely aware that the heart of any hotel is the kitchen,
and that all services provided by the property involve – at one level or another - the main kitchen.
The Executive Chef at any property is a very busy individual. Daily tasks can include managing the
staff, attending to the needs of the restaurant on site, making sure that all the ongoing banquet
food needs are being addressed and that all upcoming banquet needs are in line and ready to
go. This is central to the success of any facility, yet no small task. The last thing an Executive Chef
needs to add to an already hectic schedule is the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Apollo 8 can provide the Executive Chef with a kitchen service that meets their need and
expectations, while staying within the budget of the facility. We provide services to our clients that
range from daily floor and equipment maintenance to weekly floor and equipment deep cleaning
services. Any of our packages can aid the Executive Chef in focusing on more pressing matters. We
are flexible when it comes to these services and can schedule cleaning days according to the needs
of the Executive Chef.
Our Supervisors and Account Managers conduct regular follow-ups to ensure that the standards of
your property are maintained at all times.

Apollo 8 Hotel and Hospitality Services has the expertise to provide all types of ancillary services,
including carpet cleaning, which includes ballrooms, meeting space, restaurants, lounges, public
space, offices, guest rooms and hallways. We provide these services by the square foot or by
the "man" hour, unlike other cleaning companies.
We also provide all types of resilient floor care services. The main lobby flooring of all hotel
properties can often represent its uniqueness - it may be carpet, wood, marble, granite, slate,
stone, or can often be a combination of several of these materials. Our expert staff will assess
your flooring and recommend a maintenance package that will make everything shine, sparkle
and look fabulous. In addition to lobby work, we can maintain any surface throughout your
property. We offer a full range of interior and exterior power washing, as well as full window
cleaning capabilities. Whatever your property requires to maintain its standards of cleanliness, our
dedicated and experienced staff will provide that service in a fast, efficient manner.

We are innovative in the way we provide temporary services to our clients. All hotel properties
know the prohibitive cost of traditional temporary labor service companies. While we do not
claim to replace the need for these companies, we can decrease your reliance on this labor, while
helping to increase profitability.
Apollo 8 Hotel and Hospitality Services can provide our clients with banquet housemen, lobby
housemen, day porters, night porters, carpet cleaning porters and kitchen stewards on a daily
basis. We have been very successful providing these services when the property provides us with
a consistent number of hours per month. We understand that during peak revenue periods we will
provide a greater number of hours, and during down times we may provide fewer hours. We can
bend with the needs of the property and our clients have found this flexibility to be a useful tool.
