JIM GALLOS, PRESIDENT

Jim came to Canada from Greece in 1966 after serving his compulsory military tour of duty.
While taking a course in English, Jim commenced working for a small janitorial company owned and operated by a friend. It was always Jim's dream to own and operate his own office maintenance business. In 1967 this dream became a reality when he opened Apollo 8 Maintenance Services Limited and was awarded his first contract - the cleaning of a National Trust office.
In 1969 Apollo 8 was the successful tenderer for the cleaning services at the l.O.F., Apollo * building located at 789 Don Mills Road. Except for a short period (six months) has provided the services for this location ever since. The I.O.F. was Apollo 8's first major account and our success in the janitorial business has evolved from the experience learned at this site.
Jim prides himself in being personally involved in all aspects of his company from dealing with Building Executives and Building Tenants, to supervising as well as our cleaning staff.
Apollo 8 has grown over the years to become one of Toronto's major players in the office cleaning business and our reputation is based on Jim's constant overseeing of each and every detail. Property Managers, as well as all others, know that when Jim promises something will be done it will be done.

RON CAMPBELL,
SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT

Ron joined Apollo 8 Maintenance Services Limited in December of 1990 as Sales Manager responsible for acquisitions and customer service.
He has been in the maintenance business in excess of thirty (30) years and has brought to Apollo 8 a great deal of experience in sales, customer relations, trouble shooting and quality control.
Ron is knowledgeable in Government legislation, union agreements and negotiations as well as other administrative areas within the Company. Today, as Senior Vice President he is instrumental in all aspects of the overall running of the Company.
During his employment with Apollo 8 he has dealt with our major clients and cultivated a relationship with the various Property Managers, Operations Managers and Tenants that is based on mutual respect and the ability to deliver a service which is second to none in the maintenance business.

JAMES IZZETT, RPA,
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Jim joined Apollo 8 Maintenance Services Limited in October of 1996 as Executive Vice President responsible for Client Services/Quality Care and new business acquisitions.
Jim's background in the Property Management Industry is a great benefit to Apollo 8, adding a substantial depth to our overall coverage.
Jim has thirty plus years, experienace managing commercial buildings such as Confederation Life Insurance, Ontario Hospital Association/Ontario Blue Cross etc.
He is well versed in all areas which concern Property Managers in the cleaning/janitorial field. This expertise gives Apollo 8 the added advantage of anticipating and eliminating problems before they become major concerns.
